Itinerary Detail of North EBC Tours

Day 01 :  Fly Kathmandu to Lhasa
This day has been kept for the arrival at Gongar airport followed by meeting with our representative. We will make you transferred to the hotel afterwards in Lhasa. Rest of the day is kept free to take adequate rest and acclimatize to the environment.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 & 03 :  Lhasa Sightseeing Tours
This day is kept for visiting the great Potala Palace. Now, this is where you are always assured of visiting great residence of the Dalai Lamas of Tibet. It includes Norbulinka, the Summer Palace along with Drepung & Sera, two of the biggest Buddhist monasteries of Tibet. On this day, we also go to the Jokhang Temple, the holiest shirne in Tibet and the take on our tour to the bustling Barkhor Tibetan Bazaar.

Day 04 : Gyantse Tours
This day is reserved for driving to Gyantse passing and apart from that, we also go to the beautiful Yamdrok Tsho (Turquoise Lake). Gyantse gives you breathtaking views and after crossing the Kamba La pass, we also go to Karo La pass, followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05 : Gyantse -  Shigatse
On this day we visit the Khumbhum Stupa & Phalkor Monastery at Gyantse. As we embark on a 3 hour drive to Shigatse through Tibetan farmlands, the breathtaking views become captivating and mesmerizing. We pass through various settlements as we cruise along. We also take you to the sightseeing tour, which includes the Tashilunpo Monastery along with the free Tibetan market.

Day 06 :  Shigatse -  Xegar
Driving for approximately 8hours, we reach over to Xegar.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Xegar.

Day 07 : Xegar and Rongbuk Monastery
This day is specially kept for driving over the rocky terrains of the village Dza Rongphu.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 08 :  Everest Base Camp
This day is specially kept for exploring the Everest base camp and this is where we enjoy utmost.

Day 09 : Tingri to Nyalam
This day is kept for driving the downhill to Nyalam. In crossing two spectacular passes, the Lalung La & Nyalamu, we take on to some of the amazing sights.
Overnight stay at the Guest House.

Day 10 :  Nyalam and Kathmandu
This day is specially kept for driving downhill to Zhangmu and that is what makes it ever more significant and worthwhile. The Friendship Bridge and other interesting venues pertaining to this place makes this place even more worthwhile and significant.
