UNESCO has declared 10 World Heritage Sites, 7 inside Kathmandu Valley and 3 outside out of which, seven cultural heritage sites are located inside Kathmandu valley within the distance of 20 km, which are as; Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath, Swyambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar square, Patan Durbar square, Bhaktapur Durbar square and Changunarayan temple. The eighth cultural site is the sacred place in Lumbini also known as the birth place of Gautam Buddha, which is outside the Kathmandu valley. The rest of two are natural world heritage sites, as; Sagarmatha National Park and Chitwan National Park . These seven World Heritage Sites are all amazing man-made wonders still standing majestically? Some of them as old as 2500 years. The legendary mountain country of the Himalayas very small in size but can proudly boast of variety of things found nowhere else in the world. The small area of Nepal holds a considerably high number of places recognized by UNESCO as "World Heritage Sites".

Tour Package Itinerary
Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon arrival you will be met and assisted by an Himalayan Idol representative and transferred to Hotel.
Day 02: Fly to Lukla (2,800m) | Trek to Phakding (2,750m / 4 hrs)
We will drive early in the morning for a flight to Lukla (2,800m). The 35 mints flight is spectacular all along the Himalayas. Here we will have breakfast enjoying the view of sub-Himalayan crags. After breakfast we will walk for about 4 hrs to Phakding on the bank of Dudh Kosi River. Overnight in a Hotel / Resort
Day 03: Trek to Namche (3,440m / 6 hrs)
From Phakding we will further follow the trail along the Dudh Kosi River basin. After 1 and half hours walk, we will officially enter into the Sagarmatha National Park'. The trail winds astride the river in the same manner for another 1 hr. till the confluence and then climb for another 4 hrs to Namche. Along the climb Mt. Everest could be seen for the first time. Overnight in a Hotel / Resort
Day 04: Namche Rest | Hiking
The ridge 50m above Namche, offers 360 view of Himalayas including Mt. Everst, Ama Dablam and Thamserku. You can climb up (20 mints) early in the morning for sunrise view. Come back and have breakfast. During the day, visit Khumjung (3,800m), a sherpa village at the highest point in the world with Sir Edmund Hilary School, yak farm, monastery with yeti skull and many more interesting sights.
Day 05 - 06: Trek back to Lukla via Phakding
Day 07: Fly back to Kathmandu | Kathmandu Sightseeing
We will fly back from Everest Region (Lukla) in the morning. Just chill out till noon. In the late afternoon we will visit Shyambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) and Kathmandu Durbar Square.
Day 07: Fly to Lumbini | Check in Hotel | Lumbini Tour
Lumbini - the birth place of Buddha is the latest of the Nepal's World Heritage Sites. The finding of 'marker stone' as a birthplace of Buddha is s greatest archeological triumph of mankind. Beside that monastic zone comprises monasteries depicting Buddhist practices in different part of the world and a museum houses articulates found from excavation for the Buddha's era. The 3 sq. miles area of Lumbini is also a reserve for wildlife and bird.
Day 08-09: Drive to Chitwan National park | Check in the Safari Camp
Chitwan National Park is stamped as World Heritage Site under the category of Natural Sites by UNESCO. 8% of the world bird species, rare mammals including one horned rhinoceros and the bengal tiger makes it special.
Day 10: Fly or drive back to Kathmandu
Day 11: Kathmandu and Patan Tour
Out of over 130 distinguished temples and over 5,000 monuments, 7 are rated as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO. We will visit Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and patan on the day.
Day 12: Bhaktapur and Changu Narayan
Bhaktapur and Changunarayan are the last but not the least in our itinerary. While Changunarayan is the oldest pagoda style temple in the valley, Bhaktapur is the living museum. Both are marvelous World Heritage Sites.
Day 14: Departure.
