A fantastic journey in a wild and unexplored area located north of Annapurna: the Naar -Phu Valley. This trek is perfect for travelers who want to discover the Annapurna circuit as well as explore an untouched valley. A rough and wild trek, this trek takes you to the exotic Nar -Phu valley that lies in the remote corner of the Annapurna region. Opened to visitors only in the year 2003, the Nar Phu valley remains untouched by modernity. The inhabitants, who roughly comprises of about 350 Nepalese Tibetans, have retained their age old practices. Most of them are engaged in yak herding and farming.
This trek also offers fantastic views of the Annapurna massif, Lamjung Himal, Machhapuchhre Himal, Manaslu Himal, Dhawalagiri range and Tilicho peak. As the trekking route is frequented by few trekkers, you can look ahead for a 'just the mountains, nature & us' experience.

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu airport then transfer to hotel meet trekking guide and porter and preparation for trekking equipments.
Day 02: Kathmandu drive to Besi Sahar [820m] it takes about 5 hours
Day 03: Besi Sahar trek to Khudi [790m] about 4 hours then overnight at lodge or camp
Day 04: Khudi trek to Bahundanda [1310m] it takes about 5 hours then over night at lodge or camp.
Day 05: Bahuyndanda trek to Jagat [1290m] it takes about 5/6 hours then overnights at lodge or camp
Day 06: Jagat trek to Dharapani [1920m] it takes about 5 hours then overnight at lodge or camp.
Day 07: Dharapani trek to Narphu valley first camp [2740m] it takes about 5/6 hours then overnight at lodge or camp.
Day 08: Nar-Phu valley trek to Sinhenge Dharamsala [3230m] it takes about 6 hours then overnight at lodge or camp.
Day 09: Sinhenge Dhramsala trek to Upper Chaku Village [3720m] it takes about 5/6 hours then overnight at lodge or camp.
Day 10: Chaku Village trek to Phu Village [3980m] it takes about 5/6 hours then overnight at lodge or camp.
Day 11: Rest day in Phu Village
Day 12: Phu valley trek to Naar Campsite [3550m] it takes about 4 hours then overnight at lodge or camp.
Day 13: Naar campsite trek to Kang La Phedi [4530m] it takes about 6 hours then stay at lodge or camp.
Day 14: Kang La Phedi trek to Munje [3330m] it takes about 5 hours then overnight at lodge or camp.
Day 15: Munje trek to Manang village [3520m] it takes about 5 hours then overnight at lodge or camp.
Day 16: Manang villag trek to Chauri Letdar [4250m] it takes about 4/5 hours then stay at lodge or camp.
Day 17: Chauri Letdar trek to Thorung Phedi [4500m] it takes about 4/5 hours then overnight at camp.
Day 18: Thorung Phedi hike to Thorungla pass ( 5416M) then trek to Muktinath [3800m] about 5 hours then overnight at lodge or camp.
Day 19: Muktinath trek to Jomsom [2713m] it takes about 5 hours then overnight at lodge or camp.
Day 20: Jomsom fly to Pokhara then stay at hotel near by lake, whole day relax in pokhara.
Day 21: Pokhara drive or fly back to Kathmandu
Day 22: fly back to home or connecting onward journey.
Team Membership
For the Nar Phu Valley Trekking we will take minimum 2 trekkers and maximum of 20 trekkers.
Fitness and what to expect
We are travelling in high and remote terrain at moderately high altitudes. Members will best have a moderate level of fitness to enjoy the experience to its fullest. The trails are sometimes steep and a couple of the trek days quite long (about 6 hours). Weather can deteriorate and rain, strong winds and even some snow are possible. However we are travelling at a mild time of the year to best appreciate the surroundings.
Hotel
There are every category of accommodation facilities that range from the international standard star hotels to budget hotels and lodges; therefore the hotel reservation is not a difficult task. You can make reservation as per you budget. 'Himalayan Idol ' is ready to make any arrangement for you as per your wish, desire and budget.
Food
Food will be of the highest standard possible, given the remoteness of the situation. Please inform us if you have any special dietary requirements.
In the Nar Phu Valley Trekking we will be dining in the Lodge.
